DEPOSIT POLICY

- All deposits are nonrefundable

- Please leave the same name you booked with as a reference on your deposit

- Deposits must be paid through our official booking system. Alternatively, a secure payment link can be provided via Direct Message for manual bookings.

- We accept a variety of online payment methods, including Apple Pay, debit/credit cards, and Klarna for installment payments.

- Emergency appointments and bookings scheduled after 6 PM will incur an additional fee of £25. If you do not see your desired date or time available on our booking system, please send us a Direct Message via our social media platforms with your preferred date and time.

LATENESS + CANCELLATIONS

15mins late = £10 fee 20mins late = cancellation
Please try your hardest to be on time as I have appointments back to back and this could affect the clients after you!
Late fees will be added on to the total amount.
You may reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your appointment for a date within the same month. For dates after the month, please book a new appointment
£25 fee for emergency
If you do want to cancel your appointment please let me know ASAP.
No show or continuous cancellations = ban from booking

I have a strong passion for creating content and capturing videos of my clients. Kindly ensure your presence is professionally appropriate. If you prefer not to have any photos or videos taken, please inform me beforehand. Clients who create and share content from their appointmentwhile tagging our official page social platforms will receive 15% off their next booking. Thank you 🩶

No Plus Ones

Plus 1’s are not permitted. Please show up to your appointment unaccompanied.

Desired Style

If there is a desired style you would like which is not on my options list, feel free to submit your photos to the intake form. Please note, I ONLY accept PRE-PULLED hair.

Chemical Treatments

Please notify us of any chemical treatments done within the span of 10 days prior to your appointment. Failure to do so can lead to appointment cancellation
